Group Norms & Confidentiality: Creating a Supportive Space Together
We follow a few simple agreements to help everyone feel welcome, heard, and safe. Our intention is to create a space where people feel safe to show up, connect, and share.
Be present: Try to limit distractions and stay engaged—it helps everyone feel valued.
Mute when not speaking: Keeps the audio clear so we can all hear each other.
One mic at a time: Let’s avoid talking over each other so every voice is heard.
Use the chat respectfully: Supportive, on-topic messages.
Cameras on if you're comfortable: Helps us feel more connected—but no pressure.
Start and end on time: We respect everyone’s time by being punctual.
Can’t make it? Just let us know—it helps with group rhythm and planning.
Facilitators here to guide: We help keep things moving and may jump in when needed.
Respect confidentiality: What’s shared here stays here. Don’t share names or personal info outside the group.
No recordings: Sessions aren’t recorded to protect everyone’s privacy.
Be mindful of your space: Use headphones or find a private spot.
Thank you for being part of our group—we create the experience together. Your presence matters.
