Date: Thursday, March 27th
Time: 1:00 PM Eastern Time
Duration: 30 minutes
Presenter: Stephanie Meyers, Registered Dietitian and Licensed Nutritionist, Senior Oncology Clinical Dietitian
Join us for a virtual cooking demo event with Iris’s oncology dietitian, Stephanie Meyers! This month, we’re making Iris’s Ultimate Nut & Seed Granola—a nutrient-dense recipe packed with heart-healthy fats.
Made with avocado oil, hemp hearts, and various nuts and seeds, this granola is a simple way to add more nourishing fats to your diet. It’s high in protein and fiber, great for supporting energy, managing unintentional weight changes, and promoting an anti-inflammatory eating pattern.
During the event, Stephanie will share expert tips on incorporating healthy fats into meals, plus easy ingredient swaps to fit your taste and nutritional goals. Whether you’re looking to maintain weight, boost energy, or just enjoy a delicious homemade granola, don’t miss this chance to learn and cook along!
