Creamy Turmeric Lemon-Ginger Dressing Recipe

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup unsweetened almond butter (or any nut butter of choice) 

  • 2/3 cup water 

  • Zest of 1 lemon 

  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 

  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated or pureed 

  • 1 clove garlic, minced 

  • 2 teaspoons agave nectar (or to taste) 

  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric 

  • ½ teaspoon sea salt 

  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste


 

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine almond butter, water, lemon zest, lemon juice, ginger, garlic, agave nectar, turmeric, salt, and black pepper. 

  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add more water if a thinner consistency is desired. 

  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning, adding more lemon, turmeric, or agave nectar if desired. 

  4. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
